2. What data is collected and why

This site only collects personal data through the booking form: name, organisation or club (optional), tentative date (optional), city, email address and message. The sole purpose is to reply to the booking or collaboration request. This data is not used for advertising and no profiling is carried out.

Browsing the site requires no registration and no browsing data is collected for analysis: this site uses no analytics or tracking tools.

3. Legal basis

The basis for processing the form data is the application of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR): replying to a booking request initiated by the user.

4. How it is processed and who receives it

When you submit the form, the data travels through the infrastructure of Cloudflare (which hosts this site) and is sent by email to the controller via Resend, a transactional email provider. Both act as data processors with their own data protection guarantees. Data is not passed on to other third parties or sold.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the communications arising from it, and is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider the processing inappropriate.

7. Third-party services with embedded content

The SoundCloud, Spotify and Beatport players only load if you accept third-party cookies (see the Cookie Policy). Once loaded, those services may process data under their own privacy policies. The clips in the Support section are not third-party: they are hosted on this very site and send data to no one.
